These terms apply to your use of Sage. By using Sage, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

What Sage provides

Sage helps you discover products, save gift ideas for people, and plan birthdays, holidays, and other occasions. Recommendations and gift guides are suggestions, not guarantees that a product will suit a recipient or be available when you want to buy it.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact us if you believe it has been accessed without permission. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms; if you are not an adult where you live, use Sage only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Information you add

You are responsible for the recipient information, product links, and other content you submit. Only provide information you have the right to use, and respect the privacy of others. You retain the rights you have in your content and permit Sage and its service providers to process it to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Retailers and product information

Sage is not the seller of products shown in the shopping feed or gift guides. Purchases are completed with independent retailers. The retailer is responsible for checkout, payment, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and customer support for your purchase.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and images can change or be incomplete. AI-generated recommendations may contain mistakes. Confirm important details, suitability, and safety information on the retailer’s website before purchasing. Links to other websites do not make their products or policies part of Sage’s service.

Optional paid features

If you subscribe to a paid feature, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Manage an available subscription through the billing controls in Settings. Cancellation and refunds are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and any rights provided by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sage for unlawful activity, submit content that infringes others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the service. Do not misuse automated access in ways that harm the service or other users.

Ownership

Sage’s software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images, retailer names, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Using Sage does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Availability and responsibility

We may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Sage is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or a particular result. Sage is not responsible for independent retailers’ actions or purchases made with them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You can stop using Sage at any time and contact us to request account deletion. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, violations of these terms, or security issues. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date, with additional notice where required.
